30 DAY REFUND and 60 DAY EXCHANGE POLICY!
We accept "unused items with it's original packaging and
all manufacture tags" within 30 days of purchase for refund or within 60 days for an
exchange in size, color or another item. (Oxygen products are not refundable or
exchangeable.)
HOW TO MAKE
A RETURN!
#1) No need to call for a return authorization.
#2) Simply ship
your return to us using the carrier of your choice. (If using the post office,
we recommend getting a delivery confirmation.)
#3) Include a copy of your sales receipt. Write on the sales receipt the reason
for the return and what you'd like us to
do upon us receiving it.

You may also make your return at our store if you live locally. Please make sure
to bring your sales receipt.
SHORTAGES, ERRORS and
DAMAGES
You have 30 days from date of purchase to report a shortage or error in your
order. You may contact our customer service department either by phone or by
email.
If your order was damaged due to shipping, contact the shipper immediately. Make sure you keep the original shipping carton & receipt, your shipper may want to see them. If you can not get satisfaction with the shipper, please call our customer service department.
